Camp Rules & Regulations

Individual Campsite Rules

These apply specifically to guests within their rented footprints.

Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM to allow time for site cleanup between guests.

Site Occupancy: Maximum of 1 RV, 6 guests and 2 vehicles per campsite unless prior arrangements have been made. Please park only in designated spaces to protect the landscape. Tent camping and generators are not permitted.

Quiet Hours: Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Radios, speakers, and loud chatting must be turned off or lowered significantly during this window.

Campfires: Fire is permitted only in the provided fire pit. Never leave a campfire unattended, and extinguish it completely with water until the coals are cold before going to sleep or leaving the property.

Trash & Wildlife: Keep your campsite tidy. All trash must be bagged and tied securely and can be deposited in the green dumpster located across the street at 7022 Rapid City Rd NW. Do not leave food, coolers, or trash out overnight, as it attracts local wildlife.

Shared Community Area Rules

These apply to common zones like shared pavilions, pathways, bathrooms, or central fire pit.

Respect Shared Spaces: The community areas are for everyone to enjoy. Please clean up after yourself immediately—wipe down picnic tables, pick up stray trash, and leave the area better than you found it.

Pet Policy: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside your individual campsite. You are strictly responsible for picking up your pet's waste immediately and disposing of it in the main trash bins.

Greywater & Washing: Do not wash dishes, clothing, or yourself at the shared fresh water spigots or hydrants. Please use designated wash stations or handle dish cleaning at your individual site using a basin, and dump greywater in the designated disposal area.

Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor spaces. Please extinguish and dispose of cigarette butts in proper receptacles—never toss them on the ground or into fire pits.

Property Boundaries: Please respect our neighbors and stay within the clearly marked property lines. Do not cut, chop, or drive nails into any standing trees, live or dead.
