All stays require a $120 deposit which will be applied to the first 4 nights (minimum stay).

Upon payment of deposit, notification will be sent confirming the requested dates.

Deposits are refundable for reservations cancelled at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

A 3% fee will automatically be added to all credit card payments.
